LAST PRODUCT INNOVATION
The 3R125 shredder, the last Satrind's innovation, further extends the three shaft shredders positioned between the existing 60Hp and 320Hp models.
The new machine features:
•
Heavy gauge selection screen
positioned under three shafts to guarantee controlled shred-size in all three dimensions. The screen can be easily removed allowing quicker disassembly and maintenance operations.
• The shafts are driven by
three individual hydraulic motors
•
Front-wall seals separated from the main flanges
in order to protect the most important parts of the machine. In case of highly abrasive substances it is possible to install special shields of wear resistant steel.
•
Distance increase between auxiliary flanges and front flanges
making easier the discharge of the waste facilitating cleaning and waste removal operations.
•
Intelligent electronic controls
enables a flexible management of individual shaft torque depending upon load required during shredding operation, thereby maximizing performance. This systems can adapt to different types of material and the speed of each shaft can be independently adjusted thereby ensuring maximum cutting efficiency.
Like all the Satrind's shredders, the 3R125 shredder is available with Satrind's blades of different types and thicknesses to be tailored to individual application requirements. The added value to our shredders are its blades made of special hot drop forged steel and manufactured through a special process that guarantees optimal performance, longest blade lifetime and overall lower maintenance costs.
